Well it pains me to say that now that it's under New Management that things have went quite South with high West they used to be very accommodating credit cards were accepted they had great deals everything was great customer service was great now they are under New Management customer service is going downhill the carts they're getting are not of high they have issues with clogging the concentrate is good but the carts are really horrible quality I miss the old high west it was a fun place to come and always had a smile on their face when they seen me
